 There are many issues which cause stress specially Experiencing fear and anxiety because of uncertainty of the time.

Routine comes from discipline and will power in order to stick to it.

daily routine is something by which your present  get better and future results could be predicted .

hence you must take it very seriously as your daily routine is the tool which plays a significant role maintaining your mental temperament .

Things you should add to your daily routine

  • Get up early .
  • Do not jump into the phone as the 1st thing in the morning.
  • Take out some quite time for yourself.
  • Start your day with exercise.
  • Then do not forget to hydrate yourself .
  • Boost your day with healthy breakfast .
  • Spend  quality time with your family .
  • Read good stuff.
  • Take lunch and dinner at the specific time.
  • Go to bed early.

Look little steps and moves decide your overall day and shape your future .

I suggest you not only during pandemic days but also in general you should follow these things in order to stay healthy both mentally and physically , also to be far more productive.

Exercise on a regular basis

Exercise is one thing which every person in each age groups should be doing .

It is the first and the foremost thing you should be doing as the 1st in the morning .

And exercises are of two types

  1. Physical
  2. Mental

Physical exercise will take care of your body also the mind as well actually it in a way prepares you for mental stamina.

It becomes very crucial when because it provides ;

Strength , Stability, Flexibility or Mobility & Keep you fit and active for all day long also increases the productivity level many folds.

You yourself feel the advantages of doing it after some time .

But provided that you keep going because doing exercise is something which do not give strength to the body in initial level ,

You in starting may feel less energetic , may witness little pain in your body but this is not you should be worry about prepare your mind that you will face aforesaid issues but you have to carry on with the exercise ;

After a little time you’ll witness that your body is getting toned , you are feeling energetic and productive.

Exercise is basically the movement of the body and you can do it by-

  • Cross stretch
  • Butt kicks
  • Twisters
  • Standing crunches
  • Side logs

  • Must add little bit stretch exercises and you’re done.

  • Brahmri pranayama
  • Chanting ‘’OM’’
  • Meditation …etc.

It has many benefits which cannot be possibly  to define , it is magical and a lifechanging activity.
