Corona the new form of disturbance and a very prone threat to human race and their survival.
As it came in 2019 ,
Now it has mutated it’s form and doing it on a definite period of time and making the doctors , researchers more perplexed about the form of the virus.
After every single mutation they are moving a step backward from getting the cure of the virus.
As in 2019, it’s 1st strain was in found among us .
We would almost cured it by developing a kind of herd immunity against it and was able to made it less sever for humans;
then only the virus got mutated and come as a whole new virus in front of us;
And undoubtedly an another whole new challenge as well.
Now in 2021 , the 2nd and who knows the 3rd variant has found and 2nd strain Is proving to us a new dangerous and sever then that of 1st strain.
In studies it also has been found that this wave i.e. second wave is far more dangerous and if you somehow recover from it , even then it has a lot long lasting impact on the body.
About double mutant;
The new variant also termed as ”Double mutation” called B.1.617 with the two mutation termed as E484Q & L454R.
As every virus has a tendency to change it’s form when pass to one person to another so does this virus .
The mutation is the part of evolutionary biology of any virus.
Covid 19 virus has also mutated as come up as new or 2nd variant ;
Viruses has a tendency to mutate themselves and these mutations takes place randomly .
Viruses do mutate frequently.
And through every mutation they encode their genetic instruction which use molecules of RNA sequencing.
And they tend to copy themselves and more mutation occurs as the result copying error.
Most importantly the matter of concern is that these mutation confer the escapism of immune response and as a result increase infectivity rate.
As the health ministry has said that there are in 10,000 samples the mutation has been detected and these new variants can be prove dangerous ;
Variants also known as ‘’variants of concern’’.
There are many countries around the globe which have detected the mutated variant like
UK, Brazil & South Africa.
Virus mutation may not all the time be harmful but some times they seriously lead the unexpected spike in protein on the surface.
This 2nd variant has a larger protein spikes i.e. it will go inside the body or can say make a bond with human cell in much more easier rate than that of previous one.

Corona virus contain a protein on it’s surface
Called as spike protein ;
Spike protein has two main and identical functional region-
S1 , S2
S1,is a receptor binding domain
S2, is it’s sub unit.
Here the important fact is only S1has the receptor – binding domain which is responsible for the virus ability required to combine with human cell and this combination results to infection of human body.
This combining of the virus with human cell takes place while coming in contact and by making a bond with human receptor ACE2.
Hence, in new or 2nd variant spike proteins binding capacity in much more higher and sharper which makes it different and much more sever.
As there are vaccine which may neutrilizes the effect of the virus but as so many research and according to the expertise of the doctors this double mutation is proving much more dangerous effect,
And in many cases it has been seen that the persons who have previously recovered from corona virus are coming in contact with this new strain affecting again in more sever way.
That clearly means that the mutation of the virus is making it stronger , to the extent that it is capable in escaping the antibodies which person developed after recovering from it.
Medical officials have also found the new variant which is in a way associated to immune escape known N44ok variant.
what is causing the spread on higher rate;
look , virus is in it’s very form is dead it is possessing nothing by which can in anyway harm the human race .
but if this virus gets the medium by which it can mutate itself it can be much more harmful for us.
And also we have to be very cautious about this new variant as it is harming at much higher rate and our carelessness is the strength of the virus
we are not aware of it and it is becoming stronger day by day.
and spreading itself in a much more alarming rate.
Also many doctors and researchers said that this variant is not only impacting the body till it not recovers from it but also leaves a long term impact on the body.
So , do not take it lighter
Because our carelessness is caused this much mutation and severity of the virus.
